What do you think of when you hear Cub Scouts? Well the first thing that popped into my mind when I was asked to bake for a Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet was camping (although I know scouting is so much more than just about camping, I am married to an Eagle Scout). When I think camping I think of campfires. And when I think of campfires I think S'mores.
So I made a batch of S'more cupcakes...and at the end of the night people (including myself) absolutely wanted some more!
