If you like apple muffins, or strudel, or dutch apple pie, you will absolutely love these! These are very moist with a nice crunch on top. And you don't even need fresh apples to make them! However you can use fresh apples or your favorite strudel topping to give them an extra kick. Tip: Add some raw oatmeal and they taste just as good. Also be sure to grease your muffin tins.
